OneUpAction is an international youth-led grassroots non-profit organization that works to mobilize marginalized youth and provide resources to young people on the frontlines of the climate crisis. We are committed to providing resources to operations that focus on environmental improvement in economically disadvantaged communities and supporting climate research that bright underprivileged youth may not otherwise have had the opportunity to pursue.

At OUA, we delegate work into 10 different departments. What is your first choice department? *

Finance: manages the 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) status', regional budgets, donors, and writes grants. They also distribute resources based on impact

Chapter Relations: recruits Chapter Leads both internationally and in the US and are known as Regional Developers. Help train chapter members, provide resources, and act as facilitators between Action Chapter Leads and the Directors of Chapter Relations

Creativity Department: ensures One Up Action is producing effective content and marketing through art and social media.

Youth Innovators Department: This program awards micro-grants and other services to youth who propose an innovative project idea to address the climate crisis. Your job would be to assist these activists and create resources.

Youth Climate Commission Department: creates specific direct action steps for each respective chapter. Research current climate mitigation steps in each chapter's country in order to create effective and meaningful direct action steps. Spearheads the design of international campaigns and works on the implementation of Youth Climate Commissions.

Partnerships: researches and manages outreach to potential partner organizations

Operations: oversees maintenance of internal structure and facilitates the work of executive team

Internal Communications: manages communications within OUA and facilitates the intersecting work between departments
