In November, we took part in the park cleanup at the Naretunoi conservancy that borders the Nairobi National Park, we aimed to support and engage with the community. We concentrated on the river bordering the park with rangers, members of the community and fellow environmentalists, together we collected over 100kgs of plastic waste! We got a chance to observe nature, learn about animal tracks and spotted several species of birds.
